Michele joined Media Works in 2006 after a 20-year tenure as Media Director for a well-known Baltimore ad agency. Bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge in a diverse range of consumer categories, Michele is charged with developing the overall strategy and direction for Media Works’ clients. With the landscape changing so quickly, she is a big believer in “you’ve got to do it to know it,” so Michele continues to keep her hands in the day-to-day planning and buying for a small group of clients. (In other words, she doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty. And if you don’t believe it, you should see her garden.)
Media Works’ philosophy of work hard, yet still enjoy life is one that Michele can totally embrace. Married and the mother of four children and two dogs, Michele intimately understands the psyche of today’s time-challenged moms and is brilliant at coming up with breakthrough ways to reach them.
